1998 GTW Space Systems takes over manufacturing and distribution of all More Space Place products, excluding garage units. New 26,500 square foot manufacturing and warehouse facility opens in Largo. Total retail locations: 18.
2003 G&T spins-off More Space Place as a separate company, the company is formally established as More Space Place, Inc. Total retail locations: 24.
As of 04/26/05, six new stores are in the process of opening. Total locations are projected to be 37 by year end 2005.
